Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store payment card details on our servers.
Customer-Supplied Content
You represent that you own the rights to any photos you upload and grant us a limited license to reproduce them for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
Production and Shipping
Custom magnets are made to order. Production typically takes 5-7 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Evermore Live Reservation Terms
These terms apply to all Evermore Live wedding reservations (Essential, Signature, and Ultimate packages).
Availability. Your purchase is subject to wedding-date availability. A reservation is not final until we confirm your date in writing. If Evermore cannot accommodate your selected date, or must cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.
Cancellation by the couple. Once your date is confirmed, 25% of your package price is nonrefundable, because that date is removed from our calendar. Amounts paid above 25% are refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before the event; within 60 days, all amounts paid are nonrefundable.
Date changes and postponement. You may transfer your reservation to one new date, subject to availability, at no additional charge. Additional transfers are handled case by case and may incur a rescheduling fee. If we have no availability on your new date, the 25% reservation amount remains nonrefundable and any remaining balance is refunded.
Payment plans. If you reserve with monthly payments, you make your first payment today and complete six monthly payments in total. Your full balance must be paid before your wedding date. Weddings fewer than six months away are placed on a shortened payment schedule. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation, with the nonrefundable portion retained.
Deliverable quantities. Essential includes up to 100 completed guest magnets. Signature includes up to 200. Ultimate includes up to 200 completed guest magnets and up to 200 Save the Date magnets. Guests may participate freely, but production quantities are limited to the amounts listed. Additional quantities are available by custom quote.
Travel. Package pricing includes travel within 40 miles of Glen Carbon, IL. Travel fees apply beyond that radius and are quoted before your event.
Venue access and setup. You are responsible for arranging venue access, adequate covered space (approximately 10x10 feet), a standard power outlet, and table access for our team. Delays caused by venue access, schedule changes, or power availability reduce available coverage time and do not extend the contracted hours or entitle you to a refund.
Weather and outdoor events. Our equipment cannot operate safely in rain, high wind, extreme heat or cold, or direct exposure to the elements. For outdoor receptions you must provide a covered backup location. If no safe location is available, services may be reduced or suspended without refund.
Force majeure. If either party cannot perform due to events beyond reasonable control (severe weather, natural disaster, public-health orders, venue closure, illness, or similar), we will work with you to transfer your reservation to a new available date. The nonrefundable reservation amount remains applied to the rescheduled event.
Conduct and safety. We may pause or end service without refund if our team or equipment is subject to unsafe conditions, harassment, or damage. You are responsible for damage to our equipment caused by guests.
Photos and likeness. Guests participate voluntarily. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may use a limited selection of event photos for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Intellectual Property
All site content, designs, and templates are the property of Evermore Magnets and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
