Wedding Preview Kit & Love Story Collection
Because these are custom-made from your photos, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Bridal Party VIP Collection
Same as above — replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or mismatched orders within 30 days of delivery.
Evermore Live Wedding Reservations
Live event reservations (Essential, Signature, and Ultimate packages) are governed by the Evermore Live Reservation Terms:
Your purchase is subject to wedding-date availability. Once your date is confirmed, 25% of your package price is nonrefundable. Amounts paid above 25% are refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before the event; within 60 days, all amounts paid are nonrefundable.
You may transfer your reservation to one new date, subject to availability. If Evermore cannot accommodate your selected date or must cancel, you'll receive a full refund. Travel fees apply beyond 40 miles of Glen Carbon, IL.
Monthly payment plans require six payments in total, with the full balance paid before your wedding date. Cancelling a plan does not refund the nonrefundable reservation amount. Reduced or suspended service caused by venue access, unsafe weather at an uncovered outdoor location, or guest conduct is not refundable. See Terms of Service for full details.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@evermoremagnets.com with your order confirmation and, if applicable, a photo of the issue. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days.
